PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Silky Unsanded Polymer Tile Grout 200E is polymer modified tile joint filler which is used for filling all kinds of joints.
It does not allow moisture/water to seep into the back of the tile, preventing its discoloration. Due to adequate mixture of fillers, polymers & cement, this product strongly holds the tiles together to give a long life to the tiles & it effectively fills the gap to give hard & non dusting tile joints. When fortified with Silky Water Proof Flexible Grout Hardning Gel
Grout Hardner, it results to excellent performance.

Areas of Application

  • For domestic and commercial use where so ever required.

Method of Application :

  1. Grouting is normally carried out 24 hours after completion of tile fixing.
  2. Mix the Silky Unsanded Polymer Tile Grout 200E with 100ml Silky Water Proof Flexible Grout Hardning Gel Grout
    Hardner & 200ml water.
  3. Allow the mixture to rest for approx. 10 minutes before use.
  4. Apply mixture to the surface and work it well in to the joints ensuring that they are completely filled.
  5. Remove excess grout from the area after being grouted.
  6. When the grout begins to set, wipe complete area thoroughly with a damp sponge.
    Polish tiles with a clean, dry cloth until they are completely clean.
  7. Keep the joints damp for 1 to 2 days (use sponge) to ensure complete curing. Do not cover areas just grouted with plastic sheets.
